Competition information

We are honored to invite you to
Järvakandi Open 2011, which is held for the 42nd time. Since 2009 it is
also named as Toomas Kivilo Memorial Competition. Toomas was the
founder of our archery club, archer, coach, judge and our friend. Our
mission is to carry this competition on as high level as possible. In vision
this competition is held with a good organizational level and all archers
from different levels (together club archers and national team members) are
welcome. After long competition days, we bring all archers together to
evening programme.
Date:
05.-07. august 2011
Day 1 – Arrival, official practice
Day 2 – FITA-1 and Gold Game
Day 3 – Olympic Round and Team Event (including mixed team)
Venue:
Järvakandi, ESTONIA. (80 km from Tallinn,
65 km from Pärnu).

Disciplines:
Senior women and men, recurve and
compound.
Awarding:
There will be separate prizes for FITA-1
and OR. Traditional prizes will be given according to FITA Round.
There will also be a draw for prizes in awarding ceremony.
Catering:
Entry fee includes lunch (soup) on the field
on both competition days.
Team event:
There will be both Team Event and Mixed
Team Event this year. Every team consists of 3 archers. Every mixed team
consists of 1 man and 1 women archer from same discipline. Ranking will be
formed according to FITA-1 results.
Team/mixed team can be formed of people
from the same:
A) club,
B) city,
C) organization.
Evening Programme:
As a tradition there will be barbeque,
games, dancing and fun on Saturday evening.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by organizers (included in
entry fee).

Explanation: Entry fee + archer's name.
Entry fee:
Transfer made before 10th July – 30
euros.
Transfer made before 25th July – 40 euros.
Transfer made 26.07 - 4.08 or cash upon arrival – 50 euros.
Archers younger than 19y and older than 60y get discount 5 euros.
Accomodation:
There are different possibilities with
different price level (7-50€).
